As a proud military spouse with a B.A. in Psychology and an M.Ed., I’ve spent over a decade building a career in operations across multiple industries. My passion lies in creating systems that drive efficiency, empower people, and foster real growth; for businesses and professionals alike.
After returning to the workforce, I quickly realized how often mid-level professionals are overlooked, despite being the backbone of any successful organization. That realization led me to co-found Momentum Ops with Jackie, a fellow military-connected professional, to shift that narrative. Together, we built a company that not only values operational excellence but champions the people behind it.

As a U.S. Army veteran and military spouse, I’ve spent over five years helping small businesses across industries – from keynote speaking and coaching to firearms and medical sales – build sustainable systems that last. My passion lies in making sure business owners aren’t forced to do it all. When entrepreneurs avoid burnout, they stay motivated and focused on growing what matters, no matter their size.
With a background in business development and strategic operations, I specialize in identifying what’s holding a business back and offering clear, actionable solutions that help it thrive. I believe business owners shouldn’t be spending hours researching systems outside their expertise — they should be leading with confidence, supported by professionals who know their craft. That’s the difference between getting by and scaling with purpose.
Teaming up with Veronica to build Momentum Ops was a natural step. We saw firsthand how many businesses need high-level support but don’t have access to it, and how many skilled professionals are ready to provide it. Together, we’re closing that gap and helping both sides do what they do best.
