Veronica brings more than a decade of operational leadership across multiple industries, backed by a B.A. in Psychology and an M.Ed. As a military spouse, she’s built a career centered on systems that empower people and strengthen organizations. Her work is driven by a commitment to elevating mid‑level professionals, reducing underemployment, and creating operational structures that support sustainable growth.
Jackie Utecht
Vice President & Co-Founder
Jackie is a U.S. Army veteran and military spouse with a strong background in strategic operations and business development. She has supported business owners across industries by identifying barriers, building efficient systems, and preventing burnout through clarity and structure. Her focus is on helping founders move out of the “do it all” cycle and into confident leadership, supported by solutions built specifically for their business.
